She utilizes Child-Centered Play Therapy, Interpersonal Psychotherapy, Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to guide much of her work, though she considers herself to be eclectic overall in order to meet the varying needs of her clients.
