Bring the entire family for a morning of yoga, meditation, art, and lots of fun! Beginning in the Meditation Dome at 10:30am, we will have music and arati for the whole family. Kids will then head over to our Lotus Dome for yoga, art, and games. Parents can join the kids or stay in the Meditation Dome and attend adult meditation with Swami Rudrani Ma 10:30 – 11:30am and Satsang (Q&A) 11:30am – 12:00pm.
Children under 5 must be accompanied by a parent during the kids activities.
$5 – 10 suggested donation per child.
