Hello, KidStuff Counseling family,
In an effort to keep our services available to you during the COVID-19 pandemic, we will be utilizing our telehealth service delivery system. This system is an easy to use, secure video conferencing tool through which our counselors can provide services. We are thrilled to be able to continue services delivery during this difficult time as it is important to avoid any disruption in your treatment. Insurance policies including medicaid allow and do reimburse for services provided via video conferencing.
At this current time, our offices remain open. We are closely monitoring the community’s protocol for disease containment. All clients will be notified if we do move to a lock-down status in which we will have to close our offices temporarily. If so, your counselor will remain available via telehealth.
