Abby is currently a student at the University of Northern Colorado, working towards her Masters’ Degree in clinical mental health counseling.
Prior to moving to Colorado, she received her B.S. in Psychology from Iowa State University in 2022. She has been working with children and adolescents as a mentor through the Boys and Girls’ Club, and as a registered behavioral technician for the last several years.
Abby focuses on working with individuals who are dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression, and school issues. She is passionate about social emotional learning and providing her clients, as well as their families, with the skills necessary to be successful in tough situations.
Through a holistic, client-centered approach, Abby strives to help her clients realize they have the strength and ability within themselves to keep moving forward!
During her free time, Abby enjoys doing anything creative (especially crafts), cuddling up and reading with her 2 cats, Daphne and Davey, going on hikes, and playing volleyball.
