Allison earned her Bachelor of Arts in Art Therapy from Naropa University in 2021 and completed her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a concentration in Transpersonal Art Therapy at Naropa in 2025.
She has a professional background working with children, adolescents, and adults, with a particular focus on individuals who have experienced domestic violence and trauma.
Allison’s clinical experience also includes supporting individuals navigating co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders, often within justice-involved or community-based settings.
She is trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness-based interventions, as well as trauma-informed care, and integrates creative, somatic, and transpersonal approaches into her work.
Allison is passionate about fostering healing through expressive arts and creating compassionate, collaborative therapeutic relationships that honor the whole person, mind, body, and spirit.
Outside of her clinical work, Allison enjoys hiking in the Colorado foothills, singing along to her favorite playlists while painting, and playing with her two little dogs.
