As relational beings, our lives take place in our relationships. As a relational and family counselor, Amber Phipps understands the importance of all relationships. For us to be able to meet our full potential and overall wellbeing, Amber believes in a holistic approach, addressing emotional, social, spiritual, and physical needs. By meeting clients where they are and addressing the concerns clients have, Amber enjoys assisting clients in their journey towards healing, change, learning, and growth.
Amber is a Couples and Family Counselor. She has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Capella University and a Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from Capella University. Amber is a Certified Affirmative Therapist and is certified in Mental Health First Aid.
She is also a member of two Honor Societies, Chi Sigma Iota for counselors and Delta Kappa for Marriage and Family Therapists. Amber utilizes techniques from experiential therapy, collaborative language systems, solution focused therapy, narrative therapy, internal family systems and MRI.

Amber is a native of Northern Colorado and enjoys working with her community. Amber has spent the past three years working extensively with families and relationships, boundaries, and adjustment to life’s challenges.
