Bailey Rueckert (She/Her) is a MSW graduate from Metropolitan State University, Denver. Her background includes a BA in Human Services, with work experience in Child Welfare, Child Development, Internal Family Systems, and Trauma-Informed Care.

Bailey has spent the first five years of her career within the Child Welfare world and has worked with families who are deeply struggling and navigating extreme challenges. During the last two years, she has been working on developing safety skills with parents in order to reunify them with their children.

Bailey is passionate about using a positive lens to navigate challenging behaviors and focuses heavily on positive reinforcement, trauma-informed care, and strengths-based mindsets to help people overcome their challenges in everyday life.

Her techniques include DBT, mind-body connection, Play Therapy, Art Therapy, Bibliotherapy, and focusing on attachment styles. She believes in using a trauma-informed approach with all people she works with and focuses heavily on meeting the person where they are at to help them grow and develop.

Bailey enjoys yoga, hiking, and collecting neat rocks, as well as spending as much time as she can at home with her three cats, baking treats for the week and reading a good book.
