With over 30 years of experience supporting children, families, and educators, Jamie brings a deep understanding of human development to her work as a therapist. She holds a BA in Child Development, an MA in Human Development, and an MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.
Jamie enjoys working with children, teens, adults, and families. She values building genuine, collaborative relationships with clients of all ages and believes that each person is the expert on their own life. Her approach is client-centered, creating a supportive and empowering space where individuals can heal and grow, and families can strengthen relationships and navigate life challenges together.
She has experience supporting clients across the lifespan with concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, autism, relationship challenges, and general life stressors. When working with younger clients, Jamie incorporates play therapy and art therapy techniques to support emotional expression, processing, and growth while partnering with parents, caregivers, and other trusted adults to support children’s growth both in and outside of therapy.
During her free time, Jamie enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and traveling.
