Lindsay believes in meeting every client where they are by creating a non-judgmental and safe space where they can work on their goals. Lindsay is accepting of every identity and its expression, and all affectional and sexual orientations.
Using a strengths-based, whole-person approach, Lindsay works with individuals, couples, and families on such issues as anxiety, ADHD, depression, grief, identity, parenting, life transitions, and stress management. Lindsay tailors the therapeutic approach to best meet the needs of her clients, which includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Person Centered Therapy, and Narrative Therapy techniques.
Lindsay earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Penn State University before moving to Colorado where she received her Master’s in Social Work from the University of Denver. She is a licensed clinical social worker with over fifteen years of experience working with adolescents, adults, and families in both outpatient and inpatient settings, including crisis counseling and assessments within a hospital environment. She enjoys writing, photography, hiking, and spending time with her spouse and children.
