Lindsay believes in meeting every client where they are by creating a non-judgemental and safe space where they can work on their goals. Using a strengths-based, whole-person approach, Lindsay works with individuals, couples and families on such issues as grief, anxiety, depression, parenting, life transitions, divorce and stress management. Lindsay uses the therapeutic approach that most benefits her clients, generally consisting of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Narrative Therapy techniques.
Lindsay earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Penn State University before moving to Colorado where she received her Masters in Social Work from the University of Denver. She is a licensed clinical social worker with over fifteen years of experience working with adolescents, adults, and families in both outpatient and inpatient settings, including crisis counseling and assessments within a hospital environment. She enjoys writing, photography, hiking and spending time with her husband and children.
