Margaret has a diverse background of experience. She has worked in clinical and educational settings with individuals of all ages and backgrounds navigating trauma, substance use, identity and self-esteem struggles, attachment and behavioral concerns.
After obtaining her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Margaret became an LPCC to channel all she has learned into creating a collaborative, safe, and welcoming environment for her clients to grow and heal.
Margaret utilizes play/art therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, as well as cognitive behavioral therapy through a culturally aware and person-centered lens. Her sessions are creative, engaging, compassionate, and tailored to each client’s unique needs. Margaret believes there is no “one size fits all” in therapy and is committed to working with her clients to fully understand their needs and ensure they feel valued and seen.
Beyond her professional life, Margaret finds joy in exploring the outdoors with her pups, constantly trying new things, globetrotting, creating art, and reading ALL the books.
