Meg Thornbury (she/they) is a MSW graduate from the University of Pittsburgh. Her background includes a BA in Sociology with a minor in Religious Studies from Kenyon College and working at a PK-8th Grade Montessori School in Colorado. They are also a certified Enneagram coach.
Meg is passionate about using strengths-based, trauma-centered, and identity-informed therapy to help get to the root of people’s issues and patterns to help them grow. Their techniques include mindfulness, DBT, acceptance therapy, attachment styles, and building coping skills. Meg looks forward to working with everyone, but especially LGBT+ folks and those with chronic pain and religious trauma.
Meg enjoys exploring the outdoors through hiking, mushroom foraging, and skiing, and loves encouraging others to go outside and enjoy nature! She also likes playing with her two cats and gardening at home.
