Paige is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Marriage, Couples, and Family Counseling at the University of Northern Colorado after earning her Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a concentration in Clinical and Counseling Psychology from Colorado State University. Her academic training, combined with her passion for helping others, provides a strong foundation for supporting individuals, couples, and families through life’s challenges.

Paige believes that meaningful change happens within the context of relationships. She approaches therapy with the understanding that each person’s life is shaped by their family, community, experiences, and environment, while also recognizing the strengths, resilience, and capacity for growth that every client already possesses.

Her counseling style integrates attachment-based therapy, intergenerational family therapy, and solution-focused and narrative therapy approaches to help clients deepen self-understanding, strengthen relationships, and create lasting, meaningful change.

Outside of the counseling office, Paige enjoys spending time with her husband and their beloved dog. An enthusiastic baker, she loves creating a variety of desserts and is continually expanding her skills by learning to bake breads, crackers, and other homemade treats. She also enjoys attending live music events and spending time outdoors, taking full advantage of Colorado’s beautiful landscapes and abundant opportunities for recreation.
