Renee earned her Bachelor of Social Work from Colorado Mesa University and her Master of Social Work with a concentration in Individuals and Families from Metropolitan State University of Denver. Her education and clinical training have prepared her to support clients as they navigate life’s challenges while fostering resilience, healing, and personal growth.

Renee believes that therapy is most effective when it is built on a genuine, supportive relationship. She approaches counseling with warmth, curiosity, and collaboration, creating a space where clients feel heard, understood, and free from judgment. Together with her clients, Renee explores thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and life experiences to build greater self-awareness, reconnect with personal strengths, and develop practical tools for emotional regulation, healthy coping, setting boundaries, and navigating life’s challenges with increased confidence, self-compassion, and healing.

Outside of the office, Renee enjoys spending time with her family and pets, traveling, and staying active outdoors through hiking, paddleboarding, fishing, and simply appreciating the beauty of nature. She also loves listening to music—especially live performances—attending theater productions, and relaxing with a good movie.
