Tasha is a born and raised FoCo girl who has spent over 20 years of her career working in the local health and wellness scene. She is passionate about helping others find balance and resources, and enjoys the day-to-day dance of managing busy practices and offices. Supporting others through this journey we call life is a humbling and rewarding use of time, and she is excited to join the KidStuff team of rockstars who feel the same!

In her spare time, Tasha can most likely be found either reading a book or attempting to write one; cooking something not terrible; putzing around the garden; or simply hanging out with her 2 amazing kiddos and loved ones.
